Booking fee is non-refundable. £10 late fee for 10mins late. 15 mins late and your appointment may be canceled. You must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment. Those who provide less than 48 hours notice must pay a £15 rescheduling fee. No refunds. If you cancel the morning of your appointment you will be charged the FULL amount of the appointment missed if they wish the rebook. These terms and conditions are final.
